Fairhaven is signposted from the A47 at the B1140 junction for South Walsham.

Take the A47 towards Great Yarmouth and follow the signs for the B1140 and South Walsham. Continue into South Walsham and follow the signs for Fairhaven.

From Great Yarmouth

Take the A47 towards Norwich and follow the signs for the B1140 and South Walsham. Continue into South Walsham and follow the signs for Fairhaven.

The nearest bus stops are in South Walsham village. From the village, Fairhaven is approximately a 10–15 minute walk. Follow the signs towards School Road and Fairhaven Woodland & Water Garden.

Travelling by boat

 

Follow the River Bure to Fleet Dyke, near St Benet's Abbey.

Moorings are available on South Walsham Outer Broad. Please do not moor on the Inner Broad. From the moorings, follow the footpath signs towards South Walsham and Fairhaven. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes and is just over a mile.
