We are delighted to continue to welcome visitors to the garden and have introduced a few simple measures to keep us all safe.

• Entry to the garden can be booked online and on the door however for our best prices we recommend booking online. 

​​

• Please have your order number ready to present at the ticket office – you don’t need to print it out as we can look you up from the order number on the side edge of the pdf tickets. It helps to speed things up a little, and saves a few trees!!

​​

• We no longer have the one way system.

​​

• The Tearoom has reopened for inside dining as well as our outside hatch remains open for outside orders and take-away food/drinks.

​​

• We have toilets available on the car park and tearoom but none in the garden just yet. Hand sanitiser points are stationed outside of the toilets for you to use on entry and exit please.  

​​

• The Gift shop has now reopened. You can find a selection of cards, local produce, gifts and so much more!

​

• The 20 and 50 Min boat trips taking you around the South Walsham Broads and to the River Bure have returned, See our boat trip page for more information. 

​

• Dogs are required to be on a short lead at all times, Unfortunatly we can't allow dogs inside the tearoom however we do offer under cover seating outside.

• We currently have a temporary toilet in the gardens. You can find this next to the snack shack, just up form the boat house. We also have toilets in the tearoom and in the brick building in the car park, by the netrance gates.

• Butterfly walk and the west bird hide are currently closed due to bridge and path upgrades.
