We're looking for a boat skipper to join our exisitnig team. The person would nned to be flexible and have an enthusiasm about the Norfolk Broad, nature and wildlife. We try and have set days but holiday cover where required. Boat trips run frm March to october so this role is seasonal.

The resposibilities of the skipper include but aren't limited to:

• Skippering 20 and 50 minute boat trips through South Walsham inner and outer broads and along the River Bure.

• Engaging with trip takers about the broads, some history of the broads and wildlife that can be seen.

• Discussing the gardens as needed.

• Following boat capacities and safety measures at all times.

• Driving the boat resposibly at all times

• When no trip is booked, maintaining and cleaning the boat ready for the next trip and maintaining and tidying the boat staithe.

Any successful candidate must have a valid powerboat icense.
